| 摘 要： | 平衡计分卡在企业战略管理过程中具有重要作用，在论述企业战略管理理论发展历程的基础上，从BSC在战略管理过程中的作用、应用步骤、BSC如何导向企业战略管理等三个方面对国内相关研究成果进行了文献综述，并对现有研究成果进行了评价，指出结合中国企业发展环境的实际，利用实证研究来支撑，强调研究体系的理论性和系统性为未来进一步研究的方向。
