| 摘 要： | 针对新农村建设中人才匮乏并引进困难的现状,创新人才引进模式,通过信息技术构建网络虚拟人才,在短时间内有效扩大农村人才规模;通过对虚拟人才合理配置和有效激励,实现人才聚集效应,解决新农村建设中人才不足的难题。

| Abstract: | For lack of talents in New Rural Construction,with information technology as a medium,the paper innovates a new way to get talents.We can build virtual talents,it can enlarge the Rural talent scale effectively in a short time.On the basis of scale,through the management and incentive,the effect of accumulation will be realized and to solve the shortage of talents in the New Rural Construction. |
