| 摘 要： | 产业结构的调整与优化依赖于对现有产业结构动态关联关系的科学分析与客观判断。应用灰色关联理论计算了2000-2008年间我国绿色食品产业内部产品间的关联系数及灰色关联度，对绿色食品产业结构及其灰色动态关联变化进行分析，并通过方差分析和δ-收敛性分析判定我国绿色食品产业结构变化显著。提出通过提高产品加工度和附加值，增加禽畜水产类产品生产等结构调整措施促进绿色食品产业的规模扩大与效益提高。
