| 摘 要： | 对A大学的调查显示,农业院校哲学社会科学研究存在以下问题。科研工作方面：大部分教师的科研时间在工作时间中所占比重较低;教师进行的科研工作是主要撰写科研成果。科研力量方面：科研动机多样;科研方向分散;科研梯队建设薄弱;部分教师对科研工作感觉力不从心。科研进修方面：教师参加学术会议的机会不多;教师参加专业进修的时间有限。科研团队方面：多数教师加入了科研团队,但多数教师与别人交流合作较少。科研平台方面：多数教师对学校科研平台了解程度较低,多数教师没参与科研平台。科研制度方面：教师对学校现行的科研评价体系评价不高。科研成果方面：科研成果缺少精品;科研成果转化应用薄弱。解决这些问题需要采取一些有针对性的措施。

| Abstract: | The survey of A university shows that problems in philosophy and social science research in agricultural colleges are as follows: research works,additional studies,research staff,research systems,research achievements of research of philosophy and social sciences in agricultural colleges.To promote the development of philosophy and social sciences in agricultural colleges,targeted measures needs to be taken. |
