| 摘 要： | 农村发展与否决定着社会主义建设事业的成败。农村社会保障体系是实现农村地区经济社会发展的迫切需要，甘肃省不断加大民族地区农村地区社会保障建设力度，但是，甘肃民族地区农村社会保障制度建设整体上仍处于探索、起步阶段。应该从实际出发，建立多元性、完善的民族地区农村社会保障体系，以促进民族地区农村地区全面、协调和可持续发展。
