| 摘 要： | 职业指导工作是市场导向就业机制中不可缺少的有机重要组成部分。目前我国高校的职业指导工作无论是机构设置、职业发展，还是专业队伍建设，都还处于一个起步阶段，与实际需要相比，还有很大的差距。因此，针对目前我国高校职业指导工作中存在的突出问题，必须从思想认识、政策措施等方面来加强和推进高校职业指导工作的顺利开展。
