| 摘 要： | 自我效能理论是班杜拉的重要学习理论，自主学习是当今外语学习者的一种流行的学习模式。自主学习模式下，自我效能对英语写作者写作能力提高产生很大影响。阐述自主学习和自我效能的定义和应用，分析了在自主学习模式下，自我效能影响英语写作者写作能力的特点，提出可以通过创设有利于学习者的学习环境，激发学习者的学习兴趣，增强学习者的自我认同感等途径增强学习者的自我效能感来促进英语专业学生的写作能力。
