| 摘 要： | 学生公寓是大学生最为集中的场所，公寓区思想政治教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。辅导员进入学生公寓肩负日常生活指导、心理健康教育、日常行为管理、公寓文化建设的职责，是做好公寓区大学生思想教育与管理工作的有效途径和重要举措。因此，要建立健全辅导员进公寓的工作体制与机制，认真加强制度建设，注重提高公寓辅导员素质能力，千方百计为公寓辅导员开展工作创造条件，把辅导员进入学生公寓工作落到实处。
