| 摘 要： | 大学生就业形势越来越严峻,大学生的就业问题已经成为党和国家最关注的问题之一,也是社会、高校和大学生关注的热点。从思想政治教育提高大学生就业竞争力的具体措施进行研究,发现只有进一步加强和改进思想政治教育提高大学生主观能力和道德素质,改善就业环境,才能提升大学生的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | With more and more severe employment situation,college student's employment problem has become one of the greatest concerns for students,colleges and governments.This paper argues that students' employment competitiveness can be improved by strengthening students' ability and moral with ideological and political education. |
