| 摘 要： | 农用地流转是实现农业现代化的重要推动力,有助于优化土地资源配置、提高土地利用效率以及促进农业产业结构调整和农民增收。随着社会的发展,农用地流转的需要很为迫切,但是诸多因素制约农用地流转。从农用地流转的主体、客体及相关方面,探讨了农用地流转的制约因素和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出一些建议,以有利于推进农用地流转,促进经济社会更好更快地发展。
