信息不对称、城乡二元制度与农民工收入——基于交易成本的视角的分析

农民工进城就业实际上是自身与城市用工企业之间的一种交易行为,二者在城市劳动力市场上实现交易。但由于信息不对称和城乡二元制度,农民工与城市用工企业之间的交易的效率低下,劳动资源得不到合理整合和有效配置,农民工就业面临较高的交易成本,大大降低了农民工的实际收入水平。而农民进城务工收入的高低直接影响着我国农村劳动力转移的数量和质量,进而影响着我国城乡之间的协调发展以及城市化、工业化的进程。因此,应该加快劳动力市场中介服务体系建设和城乡二元制度的改革和完善,以确保农村劳动力持续稳定地向城市二三产业转移。
