| 摘 要： | 现行草原牧业经济制度 ,在政府管理、牧业科技推广、畜牧业经营、人力资源培育、牧区社会的稳定以及草原牧业的社会化服务等方面存在着事关草原牧业发展与生态工程建设的问题。为此 ,创建一条诸如草原牧业股份合作制、草原牧业式舍饲圈养经营制等适合现代经济制度的新模式 ,是草原牧区全面发展的关键。

| Abstract: | Currently problems about husbandry development and environmental project arose in the following aspects: governmental management, application of husbandry technique, marketing, training of human resources, social stability and service on grassland. Therefore the key to comprehensive development of grassland husbandry is to set up share co-operative system and pens-raising form of husbandry. |
