| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代中期以来,日本社会出现了一股"新民族主义"思潮,它不断地推动着日本的政策走向右倾.究其产生的原因不外乎四点独特的日本文化是其产生的历史根源;长期的泡沫经济、日趋右倾的政党政治、国际形势的变化是其形成的现实原因.我们必须采取措施抑制其泛滥,警防日本偏离"和平与发展"的航向,向前越走越远.

| Abstract: | Since the middle of 1990s, a trend of thought of "New Nationalism" has emerged in Japan, which has been driving Japanese policy toward rightism. The reasons of its appearance are nothing but these four points: special Japanese culture (as its historical resource); long-term frothy economy; gradual Right deviation in party government and the change of international situation (as its realistic reasons). We must take measures to prevent it from spreading unchecked, and maintain sharp vigilance against Japan's straying from the "peace and development" course far apart. |
