| Abstract: | This paper reveals the common problems of airport daily management and analyzes the causes of the existing problems based on management-related theory. Based on it, three countermeasures are proposed, namely cultivating the crisis consciousness and creating the service culture, improving the regulation system based on managerial theory, and perfecting the mechanism for crisis management by strong leadership and organizational guarantee. |
