辽宁省农业技术推广模式的构建

随着社会主义新农村建设的快速发展以及高新技术在农业上的广泛应用，农业科技推广工作面临着新的形势和新的要求。通过对辽宁农业技术推广体系现状和存在问题的分析，明确了科研院所和大专院校在农业推广体系中的地位和优势，在此基础上提出了构建新型政府基层推广部门与科研院所和大专院校合作的农业科技推广模式，并对该模式的运行机制提出了市场化运作、企业化经营、产学研结合、科学化管理和社会化服务的建议。

The Mode Structuring of the Agricultural Technology Extension System of Liaoning Province

With the fast development of the socialist new countryside building and the wide application of the new high technologies in agriculture, a new situation and new requirements have faced Chinese agriculture. This article analyzes the current situation and problems in Liaoning~s agricultural technology extension system, defines the position and advantages of scientific research institutions and colleges in the system of agricultural technology extension. On this basis, an idea of creating a new agricultural science and technology extension mode the cooperation between governmental grass-roots extension departments and scientific research institutions and colleges and universities is put forward. Also, the operation mechanism and the personnel compostion structure of this mode are both expounded.
