价值创新:广义虚拟经济视角下的"三农"问题及解决路径

“三农”问题的逐步产生和破解一直伴随在中国的现代化进程之中。中国从一个农业为主的发展中国家走向新兴工业国家的第一天起,工业反哺农业这种破解“三农”问题的基本模式就已经被提出,但由于观念和方略的滞后,运行结果却差强人意。“三农”问题的本质是虚拟价值与实体价值的不对称,因此有必要从基于价值创新的广义虚拟经济新视角来审视以城乡差距为表象的“三农”问题。取这种视角对三种工业反哺农业的模式进行探析,就必然会得出以改变土地寻租模式和劳动力大迁移模式为辅而以发展庄园经济、建设社会主义新农村模式为主线的“三农”问题解决路径。

On Value Innovation: The Issue of Rural Area, Farmer and Agriculture and Its Solutions from the Broader Perspective of Virtual Economy

The emergence of and the solution to the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture have always gone hand in hand with China's modernization course. From the first day when China transformed itself from an agriculture-based developing country to a newly industrial one,the basic solution to the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture,i.e.industry helps agriculture,was put forward.However,due to the sluggish conceptions and strategies,the solutions have functioned unsatisfactorily.The essence of the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture lies in that the virtual value does not in symmetry with the substantial value.Thus,it is a necessity to apply the broader perspective of virtual economy based on value innovation to examine the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture,which is superficially shown by the gaps between rural and urban areas.Taking such a perspective to analyze the mode that three kinds of industries help agriculture,this paper proposes the solution to the issue of rural area,farmer and agriculture,that is,give first place to develop manor economy and build socialist new rural area,supplemented by the transformation of land value and large scale migration of labor force.
