孑L子的学习观对当代中小学教师的启示

孔子的学习观基本上可以概括为六个内容：一、学习就是学而行之；二、学习的目的是为了提高自己而不是装潢门面；三、学习是教师快乐生活不可缺少的元素；四、学习必须与行动反思相结合；五、学习必须依赖谦虚的态度；六、学习必须有实事求是的精神。孔子的学习观不仅符合教育规律，而且对于鼓励当代教师做学习型教师，规范自己的学习行为进而促进专业化发展具有非常现实的指导意义。
