Three Phases of Understanding What Kind of Party to Build since the Reform and Opening

According to the developments and changes in the global, national and intra-party conditions, and in order to keep up with the new historical orientation and historical tasks, the central Committee has boosted its understanding of what kind of party to build in three different phases since the CPC Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee.
