西汉初期的婚姻形态大都承袭秦制，经过两汉400余年的演变，逐渐成为封建社会婚姻制度的蓝本。在此，从汉代婚姻形态的社会与思想文化背景、汉代妇女的法律地位、汉代婚姻形态的演变、汉代的结婚等几个方面进行探索。

The Marriage Patterns of the Han Dynasty and Its Inspiration

Most of marriage patterns in the early Western Han Dynasty have inherited the Qin's system and become a blueprint for feudal society marriage after the evolution of more than 400 years of Han Dynasty.This paper explores the Han Dynasty marriage patterns from the following aspects:the social,ideological and cultural background,the legal status of women in the Han Dynasty,the evolution of marriage patterns of Han Dynasty,the essential requirements of marriage in Han Dynasty.
