| 摘 要： | 人从形成、发展到成熟 ,每一步都离不开教育 ,教育的程度越高 ,就越远离生物性 ,因此 ,人们如果有关于对平等的要求的话 ,那么对食物要求的平等和对教育要求的平等 ,应该是人们关于对平等的最基本要求。但由于历史的、经济的原因 ,不平等的现象仍普遍存在 ,主要表现在地区间的不平等上。社会主义为这种平等提供了可能 ,国家应当从城市和发达地区中抽出身来 ,向落后地区的教育倾斜 ,以缩小地区间的差距

| Abstract: | To any person, education plays an essential role on every stage of his development. The higher level of education he receives, the more civilized he will be. Enjoying equal education is one of the most fundamental requirements of us. However, this can not be realized for historical and economic reasons, particularly, for regional disparity. In order to solve this problem, the government should give priority to develop education in the backward areas. |
