| 摘 要： | 传统的发展模式是以消耗资源和破坏环境为代价的。与传统的发展模式决裂 ,建立可持续发展的新经济模式 ,是现代经济发展模式的伟大革命。它主要包括生产、消费、人口三个方面的可持续发展以及协调发展。
