| 摘 要： | 用考察的方法 ,分析了科学技术的进步与发展对国际关系的影响。认为世界经济的飞速发展 ,特别是科学技术的革命性突破 ,把国际关系体系扩及到了全人类 ,赋予了它全球的性质 ,日益营造了一个相互依存的时代。在科技革命背景下兴起的这股全球化浪潮 ,将成为冷战后国际关系中的主导现象 ,它有利于国际关系朝着缓和、合作的方向发展
