| Abstract: | The paper first analyzes the adaptability between the talented resource development and the need oftwo-types societyconstruction,then established the key tasks of talented resource development under the background oftwo-types societyconstruction in ChangZhuTan.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions in the innovation of the talented resource development mechanism,adjustment of the talented resource structure to cooperate,to consummate safeguard system of the talented resource development and so on. |
