浅议入世后中国电信业外资引入问题

自2001年中国电信业加入WTO，经过五年多的发展，中国电信业目前进入了关键的时期。面对国内日益开放的巨大的电信市场，国外的资本却没有出现预期的高涨，外资不足对中国电信业现有和长足发展都产生了一系列影响。本文通过对数据的分析，以及相关资料的查询，考察了中国电信业在政策，市场及行业规划中出现的问题，并从宏观和微观层面探讨相应的解决方案，以期对处于WTO的市场竞争中的中国电信产业带来新的生机与活力，赢得更大的市场空间。

The Introduction of Foreign Investment into China Telecom Industry after China's Entry into WTO

Since Chinas entry into WTO in 2001, China telecom industry has stepped into a crucial period after its five years of development. However, the foreign investment does not expand as quickly as expected even though the telecom market in China is big and potential. The insufficiency of foreign investment will exert a negative effect on the present situation and its development. By means of an analysis of statistic data and a consultation of the relevant data, this paper discusses on the existing problems in policy, market and industry strategy and explores for possible solutions in both macro and micro aspects with the purpose to stimulate and promote China so as to create a larger telecom market in our country.
