摘    要:目前,高校教职工普遍实行了年度考核制度,但多数高校的绩效考核往往流于形式、考核指标空泛模糊、考核最终结果苍白无力,使部分人对绩效考核本身存在的价值产生了怀疑。文章通过对多年实践的分析和思考,旨在提出高校绩效考核应采取部门绩效考核与个人绩效考核相结合?以定量为主定性为辅的量化考核机制。
