| 摘 要： | 高校公有房的使用和管理只有与时俱进地转变管理观念、创新管理体制与运行机制,方能更好地为提高办学质量和办学效益服务。当前,高校公有房使用过程中存在管理机制不健全、管理意识薄弱等诸多问题。因此,需要加强公有房使用制度方面的建设,重视高校公有房资源的充分利用和国有资产的保值与增值。

| Abstract: | To improve the operation quality and efficiency of the university,it is necessary to change management ideas,reforming management and operation system in the use and management of the state-owned houses in universities.At present,problems such as improper management system and weak management awareness exist in the use of the state-owned houses.Therefore,the university must strengthen the construction of the use system,so that the house resources can be used fully and the state-owned assets be protected and increased in value. |
