中小企业融资与中国资本市场建设

中小企业在我国国民经济中已占有举足轻重的地位,但是融资问题日益成为阻碍其发展的颈瓶。中国资本市场的制度失衡和初始制度安排是中小企业融资难的症结所在。要促进中小企业进一步发展,必须加强资本市场建设,包括加强资本市场制度建设、完善资本市场结构以及建立新型的银企关系。

The Financing of the Middle-and Small-sized Firms and the Building of the Capital Market in China

The middle-and small-sized firms have been playing an important role in the national economy in China. But the financing becomes increasingly the neck that hinders the further development of middle-and small-sized firms. The institutional imbalance and the initial arrangement of the capital market in China is the main factor that makes the financing of middle- and small-sized firms difficult. To promote the middle- and small-sized firms to develop further, the government must enhance the building of the capital market, namely, strengthening the building of the capital market system, perfecting the structure of the capital market and setting up the new relationship between banks and firms.
