| 摘 要： | 构建良好的农民工社会养老保险制度是解决农民工养老问题、建设和谐社会的基本保证。而当前的农民工社会养老保险制度在法律保障、制度结构、地域转移、缴费比例等方面都存在一定的缺陷和问题。要解决这些问题就必须加强农民工养老保险制度的法律地位、降低缴费门槛、实现区域转移、实行费税改制,从而构建有利于农民工的社会养老保险制度。

| Abstract: | Developing peasant worker's social old-age insurance system is a guarantee to solving the problem of peasant worker's social old-age insurance and building a harmonious society.However,in these areas of legal protection,system structure,transfer,payment of peasant worker's social old-age insurance system,there are defects and problems.Solving these problems will be beneficial to the building of the social old-age insurance system for peasant workers. |
