| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生感到最突出的外在压力主要有三方面：竞争压力、学习压力和情感压力。这三大方面压力的产生既与当今社会高速发展的竞争环境有关,也与大学生自身内在的压力调节与化解方式有关。压力问题关乎大学生的成长成才。确立适应我国社会发展需要的理想信念,是形成对压力进行转化的正确认识、探寻压力向动力转化的根本条件,这也是高校大学生思想政治教育人文关怀的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the most obvious pressure that undergraduates feel mainly includes the three aspects： competition,study and emotion.These three aspects of pressure are related to the competitive environment of the rapid development in today＇s society, and also their own way of inner stress regulation and solution.The problem of pressure is connected with their maturity and development.To establish an ideal faith adapt to China＇s social development needs is the correct understanding in forming the transformation of pressure and the fundamental condition in seeking for the transformation of pressure to motivation,as well as the key of humanistic care in their ideological and political education. |
