人与自然的和谐发展:问题及对策--以江苏省为例

人口过多与资源短缺是当今世界发展的主要矛盾之一,也是中国实现可持续发展必须解决的首要问题。江苏省在经济的可持续发展中人与自然的问题主要是过多的人口与短缺的水资源、耕地和能源、矿产资源的矛盾以及人对自然和生态环境的破坏等。因此,必须制定统筹人与自然和谐发展的对策,其主要内容应是降低生育水平控制人口数量、加快建设教育强省扩大人力资本投入、转变增长方式促进循环经济以及集中力量推进生态建设。

A Harmonious Development between Human and Nature: Issues and Solutions --A Case Study of Jiangsu Population

Overpopulation and resource shortage are among the main problems in the world development,and in China's sustainable economic development as well.In the economic development of Jiangsu Province,the issue presents itself as the contradiction between excessive population and such limited natural resources as water,arable land,energy and minerals,and the destruction of environment as well.To maintain a possible balance between population and nature,such should be done as population control,further improvement of education,increased in-put of human capital,cycling economy and protection of ecology.
