| 摘 要： | 本文论述了民族地区生态环境状况与经济、社会和小康社会建设的关系,揭示了建设小康社会必须以良好的生态环境为基础。少数民族和民族地区只有同时注重经济发展和生态环境的建设,才能建设少数民族和民族地区富裕的小康社会。
