| 摘 要： | 语言是不同民族文化和心理趋向的主要载体,也是传递文化的主要方式。文化、语言和思维三者统一于跨文化交际过程,在与英语文化背景下的人进行交流之前,我们有必要去了解英语语言和语篇的基本构成元素中所蕴含的思维模式,以便更好地理解和使用英语。

| Abstract: | Language, the major carrier of culture, shows varied psychological tendencies of different nations and it is a chief method of cultural transmission. Intercultural communication is a perfect integration of culture, language and thought. Before communicating with English native speakers, it is necessary for us to study their patterns of thought that are carried by some basic elements and structures of discourses, and this can help us understand and use English better. |
