| 摘 要： | 振兴老工业基地是一项具有战略意义的重要举措,是协调中西东部区域经济发展的战略。文章从齐齐哈尔市的现状出发,按照"发挥优势因素,克服弱项因素。利用机会因素,化解威胁因素"的原則,充分利用国家发展振兴老工业基地的战略机遇和黑龙江省建设哈、大、齐工业走廊的政策机遇,提出战略措施。

| Abstract: | Rejuvenating old industrial bases is a strategic and important action in the course of coordinating regional economy de- velopment.Rejuvenating old industrial bases needs to consider the present situation of Qiqihar.According to the SWOT principle,for bringing the advantages into full play,overcoming the weak factor,using the opportunity factor and reducing the threat factor,this pa- per proposes the strategic measure by considerating the old industrial base of developing strategic opportunity and constructing industrial corridor of Harbin,Daqing and Qiqihar. |
