摘    要:以青岛益佳外贸集团所属中小外贸企业为例,通过对案例进行定性分析,可以看出外贸企业中的人力资源管理问题。中小外贸企业人力资源管理在成功地促进了企业变革和发展的同时,还存在一定的问题。应分析问题的原因,并提出相应的对策。

Abstract:This paper takes the typical Qingdao Yijia International Trade Group's small and medium foreign trade enterprises as examples, looking into the issue of human resources management in small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises through the quantitative analysis of a number of cases. While the human resources management in small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises having successfully facilitated their reform and development, some problems also exist. The paper analyses the problems and the causes. This paper, through analysis and study, puts forward some countermeasures.
