浅析摊贩及其近代治理与整顿

摊贩是中国社会一个重要的群体,在商品流通和社会经济发展中发挥重要作用。然而,摊贩又存在着影响经济秩序、社会稳定和市政建设等多方面的问题。近代以来,地方政府借鉴西方经验,在实行警察制度治理摊贩的同时,还对市场交易场所详加规定,约束、限制摊贩行为。另外,行规也在约束摊贩行为方面发挥了重要作用。

The stall-keeper is an important community in the circulation of commodities of society.It plays in an important role in exchange and socio-economic development.However,the stall-keeper also brings about many problems.Like that it has a bad effect on economic order,social stability and urban construction.Since modern times,in order to restrain and limit the stall-keepers,local governments have also regulated market places in details while performing police system.Also,organizations such as guilds have taken their own measures to restrain the stall-keepers which is playing an important part.
