农民流动决策及其特点之实证分析——基于对山东高密布的调查

中国目前城乡人口流动是一次自下而上的城镇化运动,西方的一些人口流动模型在一定程度上可以用来解释农民流动的决策,但却没有充分的解释力。本文基于对地处东部平原地区的山东省高密市农村进行的问卷调查,描述了中国农民流动决策的特点及其原因并得出以下结论:生活满意度对农民的流动决策有显著的影响;流向方面,农民有流向城市打工的愿望,却没有相同程度的定居意愿;在手段上,主要借助传统的社会关系,而不是市场因素或者官方力量;动机方面,农民的流动逐渐倾向于发展型的流动。

Positive Research on Peasants'''' Moving Decision and its Characteristics Based on the Survey of Gaomi city of Shandong

The population move from urban to rural areas in China is an urbanization sport from bottom to top at present. Some western moving models of population may explain the peasants' moving decision to a certain extent, but they can't fully explain it. On the basis of the questionnaire investigation carried on to the countryside of Gaomi city of Shandong, which located in the eastern plain, the author described the characteristics of peasants' moving decision and draw the following conclusion: Life satisfaction has remarkable influence on peasants' moving decision; Peasants have a desire to go down town to work as temporary laborers, but have no will of settling down in the city of the same degree; About the means, peasants draw support from traditional social relationships mainly, and the market factor or official strength has little influence; Peasants' move turns into the development-oriented mode gradually.
