东部城市流动穆斯林人口的结构特征与就业状况研究——以天津、上海、南京、深圳四城市为考察点

在城市化进程中，大量的西北穆斯林流动到东部城市，他们在成为东部地区劳动力市场的一个重要组成部分的同时，也增加了东部城市的服务压力和穆斯林信众的数量。东部地区的政府及相关部门在进行城市规划和管理时，应充分考虑到流动穆斯林的经济、生活之需要，尊重并维护他们的合法权益，以实现经济的持续发展和社会的稳定和谐。

A Study of the Structure Characteristics and Employment of Floating Population of Muslim in Cities of East China——A Case Study of Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing and Shenzhen

In the process of urbanization, a large number of Muslim moved to cities in East China. They become an important part of work force in East China, and exert more pressure to city service in the East and the number of Islam-believers is increasing. When working out municipal planning and management, governments and related departments need to take full into account of need of economy and life of floating Muslim, respect and protect their legal rights so as to achieve sustainable development of economy and social stability and harmony.
