以培养道德需要为中心的德育过程

强烈的道德需要是进行道德教育的良好基础与保证。从根本上说，社会生产决定了社会道德标准和人的行为方式，也最终决定了人的道德选择和道德需要。以道德需要的培养为中心的德育包括社会道德需要和个体道德需要的培养两方面的内容。道德教育的基本任务是：社会道德追求的改造和社会道德问题的重新解读，形成道德需要，道德实践的重构。基本的道德教育过程主要包括：理论准备、形成道德需要（社会需要和个人需要）的道德理论与知识的教育活动、道德实践、道德问题的提出及解决、道德需要的满足（社会责任）、道德观念的内化、产生新的道德需要（道德的发展、道德需要的满足和层次的提升）等环节。

THE PROCESS OF FOCUSING ON FOSTERING MORAL NEEDS

The strong need for morals is a good foundation and guarantee for moral education.Fundamentally,social production decides social ethics and human behavior and makes the final decision on people's moral and ethical choices and need.Moral education focusing on ethical need includes the following aspects of content: cultivating both social and individual moral needs.The basic task of moral education is the transformation social ethics are in the pursuit of,the re-interpretation of the problems concerning social ethics,forming a need for morals,improving structure of school education and reconstructing moral practice.The basic moral education in the process includes the following links: theoretical preparation-the need to form ethics(the needs of the community and individual)-educational activities regarding moral theory and knowledge-the practice of morality-putting forward moral issues and solutions-moral satisfaction(social responsibilities)-internalization of moral values-a new moral need(the development of morals,moral satisfaction or a need of upgrading the level) and so on.
