关于完善我国执行措施的建议

当前在我国 ,执行难是众所周知的事实。执行制度中执行措施存在的不足是导致执行难的重要原因之一。现行法律文件对于执行措施的规范主要存在如下问题 :规定过于原则、种类过于单一、执行对象过于狭窄、设置有不合理的执行宽限。针对上述缺陷相应的修改意见应为 :细化执行措施的内容、增加执行措施的种类、扩大执行的对象、限制执行宽限期。这些措施将能够完善现行的执行制度 ,提高司法实践中的执行效率。

Suggestion on optimizing China''''s enforcement measures

Now it is well known that there are many diffic ul ties in realizing court verdicts in our country.Deficiency of enforcement measur es is one of the important reasons which has resulted in these difficulties.Ther e are some problems in the enforcement measure legislation,such as too principle ,single kind,narrow objects,unreasonable enforcement extension,etc.Suggestion on optimizing the measure has been raised out on the basis of analyzing its limita tion,such as making enforcement measures detailed,adding more kinds,expanding th e objects and shortening the extension.This can make us have a more perfect enfo rcement system and higher enforcement efficiency.
