我国公共政策评估:现状、障碍与对策

公共政策评估有助于完善政策体制,改进政策质量,进而提升政策绩效.我国公共政策评估的实践和理论研究才刚刚起步,评估体系不够健全,评估制度也尚待建立和完善.在深入分析政策评估的困难与障碍的基础上,认为推进我国公共政策评估工作,需要从组织建设、制度建设、理论研究以及评估信息系统建设等多方面作出努力,才有可能取得较好的效果.
