澳大利亚体育智库建设及其对中国的启示

以澳大利亚体育学院发展概况及历史演进为切入点,运用网络调研和文献分析的方法,从资金筹集、组织架构、成果转化、传播手段等方面对其运作模式展开深入研究,指出澳大利亚体育智库建设在国际上所取得的成绩,比较而言我国体育智库发展尚存不足,应借鉴澳大利亚体育学院的运作经验,拓宽资金来源渠道、完善问责报告系统、注重成果转化、公开报告影响决策等,以构建中国特色的新型体育智库。

Construction of Australian sport think-tanks and its enlightenment to China: a case of Australian Institute of Sport

Taking the development overview of Australian Institute of Sport and its historical evolution as a starting point, using the method of network research and literature analysis, the operation mode is studied deeply from the aspects of fund raising, organizational structure, transformation of results and means of communication. It is proposed that the construction of sport think-tanks in Australia has made achievements in the world, and in comparison the development of sport think-tanks in China is still insufficient. The operating experience of the Australian Institute of Sport should be drawn on, such as widening the sources of funds, perfecting the system of accountability reporting, paying attention to the transformation of results, making decisions on public reporting and so on, so as to build a new type of sport think-tanks with Chinese characteristics.
