“开新式返本”与“创造性会通”:中国哲学方法论反思与范式转换

三十余年以来,学术界关于中国哲学方法论的探讨日益增多。在这些讨论中,中国哲学的合法性以及中西马三者的关系构成了探讨中国哲学方法论的两个重要理论背景。在此背景下,方法论的演变主要表现为三大动向:一是比较哲学的持续升温,二是传统治学方法的重新肯定与复活,三是问题导向的新研究不断涌现。学界对方法论的关注焦点是围绕“以西释中”的模式所展开的激烈争论和反思,这些争论暴露出当前中国哲学研究的深层问题。究竟言之,中国哲学的转型与创新的主要进路在于“开新式返本”与“创造性会通”。如何在与西学深入会通的背景下抉发中国哲学的内在精神,使“返本”“会通”“开新”三者有机融合,在“化西”的层次之上达到中西文化交融的“双向诠释”和“深度融合”,是摆在当代中国哲学面前的重要课题。

“Return to origin by exploring new” and “innovative coherence of East and West”: reflection and paradigm transformation of methodology of Chinese philosophy

In recent 30 years, there are more and more researches on the methodologies of Chinese philosophy. In these discussions, two most important theoretical backgrounds are constituted by the legitimacy of Chinese philosophy and the relationship between Chinese philosophy, the West philosophy and Marxism. Under this background, there are three major trends in the evolution of methodologies: the continuous warming of comparative philosophy, the re-affirmation and resurrection of traditional research methods, and the emerging of new problem-oriented researches. The focus of methodologies by academics is the heated debates and reflections around the mode of the “interpretation of Chinese phenomena with West methodology”, which exposes the profound issues of current Chinese philosophical researches. In exact words, the main approaches of transformation and innovation of Chinese philosophy lie in “return to origin by exploring new” and “innovative coherence of East and West”. It is important issues of Chinese philosophy that how to explore and highlight the inner spirit of Chinese philosophy under the background of deep integration and coherence with western theories, how to organically integrating three paths of “return to origin”, “integration and coherence” and “exploring new”, and how to realize the “bilateral annotation” and “deeply coherence” of integration of Chinese and western cultures based on the dimension of “digesting west”.
