| 摘 要： | 构建工业生态效率投入产出指标体系,运用DEA法的CCR和BCC模型测度淮河经济带38个城市2010—2015年的工业生态效率,并对测度结果进行分析研究。指出淮河经济带整体工业生态效率水平不高且各地区差异较大,对提高淮河经济带工业生态效率提出政策建议,旨为有关部门提供理论和实际依据。

| Abstract: | The input-output index system of industrial eco-efficiency is built. By using the CCR and BCC models of DEA, the industrial eco-efficiency is measured of 38 cities in the Huaihe River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2015, and the measurement results are analyzed and studied. It is pointed out that the overall industrial eco-efficiency in the Huaihe River Economic Belt is not high, and there are great differences in different cities. The policy recommendations are put forward on improving industrial eco-efficiency in the Huaihe River Economic Belt, so as to provide the relevant departments with theoretical and practical evidence. |
