摘    要:从石化企业绩效评价理论出发,构建经济、资源、环境三者综合的企业相对生态效率评价C2R和BC2模型,对大庆10家石化企业进行企业间相对生态效率评价,测算各石化企业的经营效率和生态效率,对企业规模效益、技术效率进行差异性分析,对生态效率影响因素进行回归分析,验证评价模型以及影响因素的合理性,旨为石化行业管理者制定可持续发展战略决策提供经验。

Abstract:Based on the theory of performance evaluation of petrochemical enterprises, the models of C2R and BC2are constructed for evaluating the relative ecological efficiency of the economy, resources and environment. The relative ecological efficiency between 10 petrochemical enterprises in Daqing is evaluated, and the operating efficiency and ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises are measured. The differences in scale efficiency and technical efficiency of enterprises are analyzed, and the regression of influencing factors on ecological efficiency is analyzed. The rationality of the evaluation model and the influencing factors are verified, so as to provide experience for managers of petrochemical enterprises to make strategic decisions for sustainable development.
