高管信息融合能力、内部整合效果与并购绩效

以2015—2016年完成并购的上市公司为研究样本,以高管社会网络位置作为高管信息融合能力的替代变量,用中介中心度、程度中心度和结构洞三个指标测量高管社会网络位置。运用多元回归分析,研究高管信息融合能力、内部整合效果与并购绩效三者之间的关系。研究结果表明:高管社会网络位置与企业并购绩效存在显著正相关的关系,高管社会网络位置与内部整合效果存在显著正相关的关系,内部整合效果在高管社会网络位置与并购绩效的关系中起到中介作用。

On information fusion ability,internal integration effect of executive and merger performance

The listed companies which had completed the merger from 2015 to 2016 are taken as the research sample. The social network location of executives is used as an alternative variable for the fusion capability of executives, and the social network location of executives is measured by three indicators, namely, the intermediary centrality, the degree centrality and the structural hole. The multiple regression analysis is utilized to study the relationship among the information fusion ability, the internal integration effect of executives and the merger performance. The results are shown that there is a significant positive correlation between the social network location of executives and the merger performance, and there is a significant positive correlation between the social network location of executives and the internal integration effect, and the internal integration effect plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the social network location of executives and the merger performance.
