油田公司薪酬激励与股利分配的关系

摘    要:薪酬激励是影响油田公司股利分配的因素之一,针对油田公司的行业特征对二者的关系提出研究假设,并构建回归模型,利用2012—2016年上市油田公司的样本数据进行实证检验,分析薪酬激励与股利分配的关系。针对该行业上市公司的现状,从不同角度提出完善该行业油田公司激励措施及股利分配的政策建议。

Abstract:The compensation incentive is one of the factors affecting the dividend distribution of oilfield companies. The research hypothesis on the relationship of the two is proposed according to the industry characteristics of oilfield companies, and the regression model is established. The empirical test is carried out using the sample data of the listed oilfield companies in 2012—2016, and the relationship between the salary incentive and the dividend distribution is analyzed. With the status quo of the listed companies in this industry, the suggestions to improve the incentive measures and the dividend policy of oilfield companies from different perspective are proposed.
