| 摘 要： | 辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。《孙子兵法》是中国古代著名的军事著作,是中华民族的优秀文化遗产,《孙子兵法》蕴含的原理和辅导员工作理念具有一致性,其方法论、战略思想、战术方式等理论对辅导员工作具有极强的借鉴、指导和现实意义。
