西安私营经济发展状况及不同时期的地位与作用

私营经济在旧中国是西安工商企业和整个国民经济的主体;新中国成立后直到改革开放前的30年间,西安的私营经济发展大致经历了恢复生产、鼓励发展;限制改造、公私合营;调整政策、适当发展;割资本主义尾巴、彻底消灭四个阶段。改革开放以来的25年间,西安的私营经济也大致经历了缓慢恢复、初步发展、快速发展和高速发展四个阶段,现在已成为西安经济发展中的主力军之一。

Development condition of private economy in Xi'an and its status and impacts in different period

Private economy is the main part of industry and commerce, concurrent of our national economy in old China, from the founding of PRC to the implement of the policy of reformation and opening, the development of private economy in Xi'an has experienced four periods:regaining product and encouraging development; confine regeneration and joint state-private ownership; regulating police and developing properly; restraining capitalism and eliminating completely. During these 25 years since the reformation and opening, private economy in Xi'an has also experienced four periods: slow recovery, rudimental development, speedy development, and high-speedy development. And now private economy becomes one of the main forces in the economic development of Xi'an.
