| 摘 要： | 英国在普鲁士崛起与德国统一进程中发挥了至关重要的促进作用,这种作用的形成是英、普关系发展的必然结果.19世纪欧洲国际环境是英、普关系发展的外部原因;均势外交是英、普关系发展的根本原因;相互依赖的经贸关系是英、普关系发展的经济基础;传统的文化价值观和亲密的王室关系是英、普关系发展的文化心理基础.
