随着经济的发展和城市化水平的提高,家政服务作为一个新兴行业,已成为城市居民生活必需和吸纳农村妇女及城市下岗女工劳动就业的重要领域。在人们感叹家政服务方便了百姓生活的同时,却很少有人能说清楚家政从业人员这一群体的生存和权益缺失状况。本文通过对我国目前家政服务员这一群体不利状况的调查以加深社会对她们的认识和关注,探讨维护家政服务员权益的对策以促进女性与社会的协调发展。

Non-regular Employment--Ponder and Suggestion of Rights and Interests Problem about Household Management Service Person

Along with the economical development and the urbanized level enhancement,the household management service as an emerging profession has become the daily necessities to city dwellers and the important domain of the labor employment that take the rural women and the urban female workers who lose employment.While people sigh that the household management service has facilitated the common people lives,very few people can say clearly that the household management jobholders this community have a flaw in the survival and the rights and interests.This article investigates the disadvantageous condition about the household management service person this community at present in order to deepen the understanding and the attention of the society to them,discusses the countermeasures which maintain the household management service person rights and interests in order to promote the feminine and society's coordinated development.
